Hello! Before you read further, I would sincerely request that you please read my profile/resume. As you may have seen, I am an ex-Googler, trained in AdWords by Google. During my stint at Google in the past 2 years, I have worked on setting up and managing hundreds of accounts, and brought them their desired results. I can assure that I have the right experience and knowledge to do your work efficiently. I do not run a media agency or any company, and so am very dedicated to the few clients that I cater to. I am looking at establishing a relationship wherein I communicate regularly with my client and maintain full transparency of their account, and also train them to study their own accounts. I do not want to promise creating and optimizing your campaigns within 3-5 days because I would like to do a thorough job of it, and that will require me to do enough research on the industry and keywords. Also, every optimization change needs to be studied before any further changes are made, and that could take a few weeks. I understand that you may have offers from people who are willing to to this for a lower price, however, I can assure you that this will be worth it given that you will be dealing with a professional, AdWords certified and Google trained specialist.
