Hello we are looking for someone with adwords experience to set up some campaigns for my site. The site has 250 products. We have already setup the integration with Google Shopping/merchant.
We want someone who is experienced with paid ads, with a history of managing full campaigns, who can:
- Manage and monitor our adwords account on Google, Bing, Yahoo and other platforms
- Create and edit Text ads and display ads and optimise
- Do A/B testing regularly
- Experiment to maximize exposure and minimize CPC
- Within budget, create a number of adword campaigns that focus on specific niche, that direct customers back to our e-commerce website
- Conduct keyword research (both long and short tail) with more than just Google Keyword Planner
- Create several campaigns to determine which campaigns work best
- Do competitor analysis and understand what they are doing
- Landing Page Optimisation and recommendations
THE KEY CHANNELS INCLUDE:
- Google Adwords
- Bing/Yahoo Adwords
- Facebook Ads
- Youtube Ads
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be an absolute pro with lots of experience in Google AdWords.
- Must be able to show work done previously in regards to Adwords
- Must have very proficient English skills (both written and oral)
- Must have experience you can prove, and REAL Google Adwords campaigns you have setup before and can prove.

You must have skills in targeting, keywords, testing the data and providing regular reports. Ability to create well researched campaigns, setup with the agreed budget, and adjust the campaign as it goes along to get the most out of it. You should be focused on getting the best price for the highest quality of leads, with attention to detail.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- keyword research
- Create 3 different ads for each keyword
- write an add for each product 250 in total
- Create ad groups
- create compelling ads that have a high CTR and encourage conversion
- competitor analysis
- Google analytics
- managing Google Adwords/Facebook Ad campaigns/ Facebook Ads/ Bing/Yahoo Adwords
- social media management and marketing
- crate landing page and sqeeze page/funnels etc
We will do a TRIAL run and then commit for a long term relationship with milestones.
