Bot - Harvesting Bot - Advanced programmer needed

I need a bot made that can do the following. I need the bot to be able to search through the press releases on [login to view URL] and click on the links in the press release, then be able to identify links that are affiliate links. Basically what I want is the ability to find all the press releases on PR web that are sending traffic through their affiliate link. I want to find people who are using PR web for affiliate marketing and I want to be able to find all the press releases that are doing so. In order to do this, the bot would go to each press release, click on the link, then be able to identify the fact that the end site is an affiliate link and not the main site. We would only be looking for clickbank affiliates, so the bot can identify the affiliate links by knowing the pattern of a clickbank affiliate link and what one looks like. I would then need the bot to log each of the Press releases it finds that are affiliate links. Put the links of the press release into an excel sheet or text pad. Please let me know how long you think it would take for you to make this bot and what the costs would be. I also don't even know if this is possible, just an idea I had, so please let me know why you think you would be able to do this and also any other ideas you might have to find these affiliate Press releases.
