I need a very basic live Wallpaper that implements this effect: [login to view URL] If possible without oenGL, maybe this is done with very basic bitmap manipulations (?). If openGL is the only way to do it, then it's okay as well.....

My first and only project won and completed on Freelancer is a live wallpaper. While it was a simpler project than this, I now understand how live wallpapers work and I have an idea on how to implement this without OpenGL. Of course, hardware acceleration for something like this would be preferred, but I know I can do it. The employer for the other project was very happy with the finished project. In fact, she told me I was a rock star. Read the review on my profile. (For some reason, it's not showing up next to my bids.) Long story short, I deliver results. Satisfaction or your money back.
