The software is basically an all in one Business management for small/medium scale Industries. The following features are required (the order is based on priority) - 1. A Material Management tab [login to view URL] an inventory for finished goods/semi-finished goods/raw-stock (a detailed list of goods along with their number, condition and status) [login to view URL] amount of product (similar to the inventory but featuring an account of the wasted goods citing reason) [login to view URL] material required for a batch (the list featuring name/quantity/quality of raw material required for creating a batch of goods) 2.A Sales tab [login to view URL] wise sale [login to view URL] invoice generator (A user friendly Invoice generator) [login to view URL] returns [login to view URL] from the customer (Notes/remarks from the customer mentioning date/time) [login to view URL] promotions - discounts (based on quantity, new product or cash; only suggestive) [login to view URL] generation - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly (the data for sales, returns, invoice details) [login to view URL] details tab [login to view URL] and attendance (a time and attendance record for every employee) [login to view URL] interface for these details simultaneously providing backup/serving as a database. (this particular feature will be a great asset for the client) [login to view URL] (a record of salaries due and paid) [login to view URL] generation [login to view URL] to send the report via email/sms. [login to view URL] expenditures (traveling and other expenditures) [login to view URL] Information [login to view URL] details and history. (A database for each client, mentioning the purchases, remarks etc.) It is imperative that I receive some after sale support should there be any issues/need for additional features.
