An Active x Component to send SMS using a device connected to the PC. - inputs to the component will be devicename, phone number, text, key. - key should match with a 'preset' key that is hard coded -only then SMS should be sent. - Devicename - the windows device name - SMS should be sent thru this device. Open to build this in any language - prefer on Visual Studio Deliverables: - source code with instructions on how to compile - how to register the active x component on any windows system - compatible from win-xp (with SP2) and upwards - copy all external libraries / dependencies that you might have used. I Should be able to compile (with a new key every time - will edit your source code) and distribute along with an application that i will be build.

Hello I'm Windows desktop application developer. For implement your task I prefer Delphi. It means you will have standalone DLL (ActiveX component) without any 3rd part external dependencies. If you want additionally I can create installer for easy setup component in any Windows computer. Could you please provide more details about "device" and other expanation about project? Thank you. Regards. p.s. Usualy I ask employers to create (not release) first small milestone. But we can discuss this point.

I can make this ActiveX in Delphi 7. It will be small and fast. I hope SMS should be sent using a GSM modem. If you meant other device type then please, let me know.
