Devops Build Engineer Need:- We would need to add the skill set of Ansible (as opposed to Chef / Puppet). Along with “heavy emphasis” on the build / deploy process. Jira / BitBucket/ Nexus/ and Java experience are the core skills needed. ·Experience in DevOps including the Development and automation of Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service capabilities (including virtual networks, virtual machines, cloud services, web sites, data services, etc.) ·Experience in the design and development of cloud-native scaled out and distributed applications that leverage REST APIs, relational stores, some level of networking and system expertise, strong tooling, monitoring, and cloud management experience ·Experience in building scaled out infrastructure on public clouds like AWS, Google, Azure, etc. ·An innovative thinker and thought leader who is active in the technical community ·Strong experience working in small, highly technical teams employing Agile/Scrum practices ·Ability to deliver results in a short time and experience working in fast paced high growth tech companies ·Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together to facilitate, moderate, and influence productive discussions driving towards results ·Experience implementing Platform and Infrastructure-as-a-Service capabilities ·Continuous delivery solutions, preferably employing AWS ·Strong scripting in Ruby (preferred), PHP, Perl, or Python ·VPC, CloudFormation, CLI, EC2, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Route53, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch Alarms, CloudTrail ·IAM Roles, Instance MetaData, and User Data ·Search platforms (e.g. ElasticSearch and/or SOLR) ·Modern Common Interface technology (Git, Jenkins, etc…)
