Imade a chat program client side and server side using java and RMI technologies the server side have features and those are some of them -> able to start and stop, have number of online and offline clients , have some statistics for the clients. and those also some of client side -> login or sign up, send and receive group or individual messages , receive offline messages , change the state (away,busy,available) ,send attachment ( audio, video , photo, document ...etc) and others.
