Build Kentico CMS 5.5 website from PSD designs

We require an existing website to be built into Kentico CMS 5.5 Free Edition. The deliverable is a Kentico site package that can be imported using the Site Manager. SITE OVERVIEW (see attached site map) Home page: - 5 rotating header images (JQuery) - 4 columns with 'read more' links Learn About Us section: - 2 simple pages Apply for a grant section: - 1 BizForm Supported Initiatives section: - similar to news/blog entries - listing of supported projects - one section per project category (4 categories) - JQuery expand/collapse a section - change order by title or date Contact - contact details page Left column: - subnav - jump to section (only in big pages) Right column: - scrolling latest supported projects - download 2 PDF documents - link to application page - site search REQUIREMENTS HTML - We will provide the PSD designs for all pages and require you to slice and create HTML/CSS - The site will require a form to be filled out with minimal client side javascript validation (we will provide business rules for the validation) - We prefer W3C compliant code. Please confirm your ability to code in this manner and willingness to check your work via: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - Site must pass functional testing in IE 7+, Firefox2+, Chrome and Safari Kentico CMS - General CMS functionality, including, but not limited to the following - All pages should be built so that there is no duplication of code - Content copy should be editable in a code-free manner by content editors - There should be a relationship between pages and menu items so that new pages appear in the menu - The sitemap page should be automatically updated and reflect the site - Images, documents, 'supported projects' items etc should be managed through the CMS - Internal links should be defined through CMS and not be hard-coded - Any other features that maintain referential integrity when changes are made GENERAL: - The implementation should be clean, i.e. no dead content or code must be left behind (other than code in comments) - Any custom code should be readable and adequately commented in English - The site can be implemented within the limitations of the Kentico free licence TERMS: - Job must be completed within 7 days of award. - We do not prepay for any work - We will release 50% of the project amount when we can view a hosted test site/admin interface and the remaining 50% upon successful inspection of the delivered files. - Note that implementation in Kentico CMS 5.5 is an ESSENTIAL requirement -no other CMS solutions are acceptable. - Please include links to your relevant portfolio examples, but ONLY sites implemented with Kentico CMS. - Further, this site cannot be represented in your portfolio due to contractual obligations.
