Adobe Acrobat Javascript for 'All Files' option in Save-As Dialogue Box whenever saving documents in Acrobat X and later.

Hello, I need someone to develop or give me an Adobe Acrobat (JavaScript) script which will give me the 'All Files' option whenever you have a PDF open and you select the Save-As function. Currently, the Dialogue Box whenever saving documents in Acrobat X and later only displays the Adobe Format for the respective folder location which is seen. H

I believe that the details I wrote in this project were as detailed as I can explain; however, please review the animated gif which is attached that shows you the 'My Documents' folder only having the pdf's displayed within the dialogue box, with the 'file-type' in the dropdown being 'Adobe...'. What I need is all the files (not just adobe) displayed in the dialogue box. Typically, there is the option here within say Notepad application in Windows where this would have the 'All Files' option in the Drop-Down Menu.
