Create automated bot or script to do fixed activity on other website

I have a Application which creates small events and allows other users to join that events. I want to build a script which will automatically post the event created on my app(mobile and Web) to other similar websites. 1) It can be a link/script/bot which will automate the process of creation of a event through filling the required filled. All the parameters and description will be passed through our database but process of creating event should be automated. Can discussion on all the possible ways to do it fully/semi automated. 2) Script should retrieve the response on other website and push it to our database though API access of other website or running script on their response page or parse email of confirmation.
