We are seeking professional living in the USA as the primary resource to contact a list of top tier law firms within the United States. This role is primarily responsible for proactively developing business opportunities for the haven Legal team through the pursuit of prospective clients listed by Haven to be contact via phone and email. The Lead Generation Specialist will support the Haven Legal Commercial Development team and will be accountable to qualify and targeted clients. Additionally, they will provide potential customers an in-depth introduction to Haven Legal services and be responsible to transition the qualified client to the appropriate recruitment department. This position requires an ability to access the client at the appropriate level. Contacts will include directors of Haven Legal.
All potential candidates will be tested before offering further opportunities and tasks will be done based on fixed project agreement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, contacting, and tracking prospective clients, and qualifying high-quality business opportunities for the Commercial Development team via outbound phone calls, emails, and other resources.
Upon contacting a prospective client, probe to understand business needs and have the ability to identify opportunities to pair those needs with haven Legal services.
Process and maintain leads in excel with detailed feedback.
Experience and skills requirements
College degree or equivalent work experience in human resource, sales or customer service
Enthusiastic and professional phone manner and positive attitude when dealing with potential clients
Solid organizational, problem analysis and follow-up skills
Strong Internet research & PC skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills and ability to translate client needs into Haven Legal offerings
High initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented individual
Ability to persuade/influence others and a passion for persistent
