Create and install a xmpp server on a linux machine and secure it.

I need someone who know what he is doing. I will buy a fresh new linux server. Your job will be top install a xmpp server. The linux machine will only serve the purpose of xmpp server. You will need to very secure the xmpp server and then secure the linux machine. I want my xmpp server to support OFFLINE message, i want my xmpp server to support photo / image transfer. I want it to be very secure and use latest version of all the security software you know. I want something very very secure. Once you done installing the xmpp server, making test it work, you will need to make sure people can registrer thru their favorite jabber client by ''registring'' new account. Once all is confirmed to be working you will need to make sure everything is secure, i want all the be very secure agaisnt ''log sniffing'' or what ever, i do not want anyone to be able to steal data and decrypt it. Once the XMPP is installed, secured, functional, your job will be to secure the linux machine. The linux machine will be a dedicated server i will rent from a company that offer self-managed server. You will need to make the server VERY VERY secure, encrypted, and you will need to make it so that even if someone has physical access to server they are enable to decrypt the data, to steal data. I want ROOT access to be double authentication. I want the server secured agaisnt the biggest threat including profesional hacker. I will ignore all automated bid, I expect everyone who is interested in project describe what tools they would use and estimation of how much time.
