You will need to install everything required to run Elevated CMS Pro on my server. PHP 5.4 or greater MySQL 5.0 or greater IonCube Loader 4.4.1 or greater FLVTool2 qt-faststart ZIP with PHP access to file (Make sure exec() and passthru() functions are not disabled) A release version of FFmpeg We strongly recommend using an 2.0.x build. (Make sure the following FFMPEG codecs are installed) libx264, libxvid, libmp3lame, libamr-nb, libamr-wb PHP Module Requirements PDO with MySQL Module cURL Module OpenSSL Module DOM Module MBstring Module GD Module Enabled (GD 2.0 or greater, PHP included version is best) Firewall IP Restriction Allow access from IP: [login to view URL] Memcache Caching Engine EVERYTHING has to be installed and function propertly as said in this list. You must install all and not forget nothing. You will not be paid until the Elevated CMS company say the server is propertly installed. If something is missing it mean you didnt do your job correctly. If anything on this list you are not able to install please dont bid on this project.

Hi , I am a professional linux server administrator. Currently I am running two dedicated server with cpanel installed in it. And I know how to install all of these components , I think you missed the apache (the server software ) or is it already installed ? Anyway , I have previous experiance with elevated X adult cms with VPS server (centos 6.5 x64). And I can make sure that you can run it , and firewall rule can be created also.
