Project Description: Hi I need a bulk email server set up for me. I will need a fully functional server, I do not have a vps or dedicated server so i will need recommendations and i will need that as part of the set up i am very interested in being able to inbox. Would like to have root access for the server. Initially I need 5-10 IP addresses. I pretty much want to be able to just upload my list and be ready to start sending.

I'm a system administrator / programmer from the United States, and I've done this before. There are a number of ways you can do this, chief among them simply get a cheap VPS and install a program that will send on random (or specified) IPs. As it so happens I have already developed a program (It takes a list and sends a predefined message to each of the email addresses using a random NIC) that accomplishes exactly what you want, so this should be a relatively quick and simple project. The long part would be finding a server that provides 5-10 IPs. I would provide you with the recommendation for a server (I've started looking) that provides 5-10 ips, and then once ordered you would send me the server information and I would set up the software on that server and you would be on your merry way, emailing ALL the lists (hyperbole intended).
