Bind9 is simple, really simple. 5) CMS. What CMS are you planning to use? 6) PayPal. Second "to-learn" thing. But after 5-6 hours of google in free time I'll be able to manage it. Do you have a billing system for your and your clients already? 7) The rest is 'etc' - I can't create everything simultaneously, so there should be a step-by-step plan.
