Hi, i will do backup using rsync. the following steps are : 1. need to setup rsync using trusted key so we can do rsync without password prompt 2. compress your webserver configuration, web root and dump DB using tar zcf (in remote server) 3. backup compressed file to local.

Request you to share the server / url to check the site. Is it using any CMS? I hope you have xampp/wampp on your system. Need to check your local server too before taking the job.
