Design 18 small toolbar icons

Design 18 vista style icons with Adobe Photoshop. The icons should be 32x32 pixels in size and delivered to me in: original PSD source files with the different elements in different layers, in ready-to-use BMP files with a fixed background transparency color. Of all the icons I also need a disabled version, so when in the program the tool is not available a disabled (grayed out) version of the icon is displayed. Please see the attached screenshots to see where the icons would be used ([login to view URL], at the top). The icons are for different tools of a software application, the tools are as follows: 1. File analyzer, allows user to analyze the type of the given file. 2. File attribute changer. 3. Copy files to. 4. Decrypt files. 5. Remove files from the list only. 6. Empty the file. 7. Encrypt the files. 8. Execute, i.e. launch the file. 9. Explore, opens the Windows explorer at the file's location 10. Find and replace, find and replace text inside the selected files 11. Mass rename multiple files 12. Merge files together 13. Move to recycle bin 14. Move files to another directory 15. Rename a single file 16. Split files to smaller parts 17. Open the file using the default file viewer 18. Wipe the file in a way it cannot be un-deleted. So, two icons per tool (the icon + the grayed out version) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
