Hi Sevastian, To make your clothing webstore, may I know the reason to focus in only two technologies? that is Magento or prestashop. To be honest, Prestashop is very old technology and there are many other nice frameworks of PHP which offers great implementation of all kinds of API and accept changes in the framework itself .We shall make the API tool which you need from Taobao.
