Alcohol Test strips that can test alcohol content in milk

Hello I am looking for a test strip that you dip in a liquid. I prefer milk. And it will tell me if there is alcohol in the milk. The test strip should change color depending on how much alcohol is in the milk. Or if the alcohol is past a certain level. I have gotten quotes from Alibaba and I am not happy about the prices. I am looking for someone that will get me direct contact with the manufacturer so I can get a cheaper quote. I am looking for a price in the $.25 a strip. I want to order 4,000 strips to test the market and then my orders will increase between 12,000 - 18,000 strips a month. I would like to get a quote for the following: 1. A box that holds 20 strips 2. Each strip is packaged in their own pouch with an expiration date 3. If possible certifications so it can be sold in USA. If you do not have certifications, that is OK. But ideally I want a manufacturer that has the paperwork. Pay I will pay on accomplished tasks $75 for supplying me with a manufacturer contact information that can provide a price per strip as close to $.25 a strip $100 for sending samples and the samples work when tested. I will pay shipping up to $50. Samples must be shipped via Fedex, DHL or UPS. I will need 20 test strip samples. $100 in helping with the first order of 200 boxes. You will help in communicating with manufacturer. Or if the manufacturer can speak english I will still pay this as a bonus. I would want you to make sure the boxes are printed correctly and inspect the shipment. $500 - if I sell the 200 boxes and make the next order of around 1,000 boxes. For $500 you will help in making sure products are shipped safety. I want a shipping inspection and pictures of the shipment. Also helping in making sure the design on the boxes look right, etc.
