Create mechanical drawings and manufacture 2-4 samples

Please only bid if you are familiar with typical mechanical drawings used in North American (dimensioning, tolerancing).
I need someone into acceptable mechanical drawings and produce 2-4 sample parts. I will provide rough drawings and will be available for follow-up questions. Generated drawings must be acceptable by typical machining houses. At this point parts are rather simple. There is a potential for continued need.
Currently I need 3 parts designed and manufactured. Material is Aluminum. All parts require a lathe only. Two parts need threads on a 1.25" diameter, and one part needs drill and tap in one position. Exact design can be discussed and modified for best manufacturability. Overall size of two parts is roughly 2x2x2", and one part is a 12" by about 1.25" diameter tube.
Please quote including 2 sample pieces of each parts, and drawings.
