CPA Dating Leads

Experienced providers only I need registration leads and email confirmation. There will be NO upfront payment. If all your leads are good you will be paid immediately once i receive payment from the CPA affiliate providing the leads are valid and not bogus. All payments are processed instantly via Freelancer. Your first payment will be made to your Freelancer account, immediately after my CPA Network pays me for the leads that you have generated in your first month. You will only be paid once I get paid by my affiliate company. The reason for this is , if i pay you up front for the leads and the afiliate company tells me that my leads are fake and garbage then i will lose out on all of the money. If however everything is OK, and my affiliate company send the payment in my Paypal account,then I will immediatly send you the money via Freelancer in your freelancer account. If everything goes well, you might be hired full time to generate leads. Please provide how you will track each offer you will be promoting and how you will generate the leads. If you break any of these rules the CPA network will detect it and the account will be banned. Then, I will have to terminate your services (you get fired, with no pay) if you fail to adhere these rules and conditions. So, please stick 100% with the rules if you bid on this job offer.
