Design a male and female sweater with fringes that can be mass produced by a factory

I want to design specially fringed sweaters for men and women. I am not sure if they need to be handmade or machine made. They should be wool and men's in blue and white and women's in female colors. The designs should be able to be used by a factory to mass produce. I know pretty much what I want and can describe the look of the sweater closely
