I am a young engineer and I hold a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and a M.Sc. in Space Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering & Mechanics from Drexel University. In 2013 I obtained the italian Professional Engineer license.
I gained experience in research and problem-solving working in research projects as a graduate student, at Drexel University and IMDEA Materials Institute. I have been working as full-time research assistant at ETH Zürich for more than a year, working on fluid-structure interaction problems.
I have good working knowledge of Matlab, Simulink, Mathematica, C, C++, Python, Perl, Comsol and Abaqus. I worked also on FEM programming, both from scratch as well as using libraries like libmesh.
I can very quickly gain working knowledge of related softwares.
I have expertises in the industrial engineering field and my core professional skills are related to numerical simulation.
I am skilled in academic writing and scientific communication in english.
