I'm looking for a custom-made tabletop water fountain. I have attached an image here as to how it is supposed to look, but this is only a concept design. The fountain need not look exactly like this. Since I have a very limited budget, feel free to cut corners on materials and the bottom shelf of the fountain (or whatever you call it). The only objective is to get that look: a shirt hanging off a clothespin and dripping water.

Dear Sir/Madam, I can prepare for You complete production documentation with mechanical and electrical parts. What I would 3D model and draw is following: 1. incorporate small aquarium pump (price on aliexpress is around 10USD), 2. 3D printed shirt model (depending on size but since it is a teble top model I guess shirt should not be larger than 60x30x120mm) should be around 10USD and You can print it localy 3. casing made either by 3d printing or by CNC cutting PMMA plasitcs depending 10 to 15 USD can be done locally 4. incorporate a few LEDs to have a nice play of light and water, with transformer not more than 10USD.
