Work Site : KAIA Airport Project, Jeddah - Mechanical Engineer • Taking Care of QA/QC documents of the entire Material of KAIA Airport Project for Mechanical items including certificates, Calibration, Test results, Inspection request & other QA/QC documents • To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings. • Co-ordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests. • Co-ordinate with the consultant’s representative and site incharge for Inspection and meeting about quality problems. • Report to QA/QC Manager Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management Systems. Work Site: King Saud Abdul Aziz University, Al Hassa, K.S.A. – Mechanical Engineer • Study job [login to view URL] the HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING works to comply with valid approved shop drawings and project specification. • Making indent for the materials and equipment for the approved drawing Job scheduling, Material Management and interaction with various agencies / suppliers involved in project execution. • Checking of materials and equipment installation. Ensure that delivered materials are the same with the approved material submittal. • Supervision of the following installation: duct installation pipe installation HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING, CHILLED, WATER PIPING, equipment installation like AHU’s , FAHU ,Fans, FCU’s, pumps, installation of WS, DRAINAGE piping, PRV station, oil interceptor, grease separator, transfer, booster PUMPS , firefighting equipment and piping, ZCV installation etc. • Ensure that materials used at site are approved and comply with the contract requirements and Standards. • Submission of inspection request, coordinate with client/consultants for getting approval of installation • Following up with subcontractors, conducting site meetings, client/consultant site inspections • Prepare technical correspondence. • Coordinate with the other services for job Execution and co-coordinating with sub-contractors for the ongoing activities and ensure that the schedule or target program can be achieved. • Ensure that the documents require prior to mechanical erection works are updated and available. • Coordinate in technical and engineering department the discrepancies on the approved and valid for construction drawings for electrical and mechanical works. • Permit work procedures at site execution. • Ensuring Health & safety in the site execution process.
