I’ve worked on MS Access databases daily for the past 13 years creating such things as systems for mail out campaigns, taxation analysis, debt management dashboard reports and analytical models. As I understand your project description you need to aggregate your property tax into a single total. I have developed a similar product for a former client. The appropriate solution will depend on answers to the following questions: 1. What operating system are you using (Vista, 7, 8, Other) ? 2. What MS Access version are you using (2007, 2010, 2013, Other)? 3. Are you able to compress your database with a zip program so that it can be attached to the Freelancer web site? 4. If you cannot attach your database to Freelancer, are you comfortable with using a third party software to remotely access your computer? My Approach: 1. I am new to Freelancer.com, but not to the data field, and it seems to me that this is a fairly simple process once we transfer the files. I note that you say the file is too big -- I have worked with very large files, and have no concerns about the file size. I have bid $100, which is a bit low of a bid.
