Have over 5yrs experience in Bmc remedy 7.1 and 7.6.04 And am very open to build any challenging tasks on remedy platform.

I have more than 8 years experience and implemented projects and integrating different tools with BC Remedy. I have worked for MNCs and implemented projects for companies like Xerox, Cummins, HCL, Cathay , Colt Telecom etc. I have completed projects using On-Premises as well as on RoD. Approach- Major hurdle in integration projects with RoD is getting the ports open. I assume you have a VPN tunnel already in place. Another challenge is enabling the CI access to all end users on CMDB platform. You can choose either changing the default access properties and group access or giving Asset viewer to all the users. Also I assume that product catalog is already configured properly. Unless that is done we can not achieve normalization.I also assume other data sources like manual or discovery tools like ADDM are already in place. Once that is done then we can create recon rules and push the data to golden dataset. A new SRD will be created. SRD will have a question to select the CI and then type of request. Approvals can be custom or OOB. ONce the request is approved back end application will be created. Now sending a command to SCCM can be done via executing a run process or integrating via Atirum AO(If installed and licensed). SCCM team should provide the Commands and must co-ordinate and co-operate. They must own the SCCM and any errors or issues as well. We can discuss this further. Please let me know.
