We wish to build a mobile app (for Android and iPhone users, Android being the starting point for development) which will serve as a real estate classifieds page for a closed user group. Users with a specific email domain name can access this app. We have a detailed wireframe design which highlights how the screen flow should be - from login to the Home page layout, to posting/viewing/ responding to ads. We want a skilled app developer to actually build the app. We will discuss the requirements in detail with the applicant, and bounce off ideas/suggestions that the applicant may have. Budget is a bigger constraint than time for us. Scope is fixed as of now, but we have plans to expand to other areas in classifieds so the applicant can expect repeat business if he/she delivers a quality product
