We have a camera that sends photographs over Bluetooth which I want to display on an Android phone or tablet. The camera uses a simple protocol using the Serial Port Profile on Rfcomm. So the user runs the app and the app listens for and displays pictures as they arrive. I also need to configure the camera so a menu system with text fields needs to be sent to the device using the same protocol. Once the app is designed we can tweek it as needed so it's really the front end that's important. We have a Windows app that can show how it's presently done.
