Android App "What Happened Last Night?"

I'm looking for someone to design an Android app for me. It will be used to tell the user where they were the night before, and summarise any interactions that they were involved in. Specifically: -The user will activate the app at the beginning of the night, and it will run silently in the background. -GPS will be activated so the following morning the user can retrace their steps on a map, showing where they were and at what time. -When the app is activated, all phone calls made by the user will be recorded at the user's end (i.e. only what the user says, due to potential privacy concerns). This will be able to be replayed via the user interface. -Person to person interactions will be recorded and able to be viewed on the user interface in chronological order. For example, text messages, Facebook and Twitter status updates will be shown together, in order. -When the phone is actively in use (such as making a phone call, using the internet or maps) the camera will automatically take a photo of the surroundings, which will be viewable in the user interface. I am uncertain how much, if any, of this can be achieved, so please feel free to provide amendments in your proposal if need be. I am open to anything, and price is therefore negotiable beyond the range I am obligated to select. Thanks in advance!
