Android Application/ROM Development

I need to develop 2 new apps and modify an exiting app. The will call for API services. Also one will be required of you to create an API Serivce. Below are the new apps News: I need an app developed on the Android Platforms for Screensize of 480 X 800 and 540 X 960. The App will be have an icon based UI. The app will pull news content from different RSS Feeds on the web and also from Twitter Handles. The app will get the location of the feeds from a file or service hosted locally on my server. The service/file will categorize each location per content to be pulled. (News, Religion, Sports .... ETC) Each Icon will represent a new content type. (News, Religion, Sports .... ETC) When an ICON is tapped, it will list the top 20 feeds and option to load more. ICONs will also be updated from the File / web service hosted on my server. Anytime the app contacts the service and sees that Icons have changed, it will download the icons locally to the app until it notices another change in icon. The Service will be developed by you also. Nigeria Constitution I wan t an app that will have the Nigerian Constitution well displayed and formated with Search Features. The app should also be able to share content directly from itself to Facebook and Twitter by either launching the twitter/facebook/gogole+ application on the phone or tweeting directly from itself with the user facebook/twitter/google+ account. Every post will call a label "Nigerian Constitution from a XXXXMobile device" XXXTexty I have attached a sample of the app (fault with send SMS via SMS URL) to this mail.
