Android app to connect two mobile phones and forward to another phone number

I want an app to connect two cellular phone where a call to a phone is forwarded to another phone. There are some call operators that don't allow call forwarding so maybe you can use to have them communicating via bluetooth wifi or whatever. If a call arrives on phone 1 get transmitted activating the phone two. the phone two will transmit the phone to another phone number to select. if a call arrives to phone 1 get transmitted through phone 2 to a predefined number. If I call from another phone phone 2 the call get transmitted to a number of choice. update: this system will make each call appear as if it was originally transmitted or received from phone A. In reality phone A is linked to phone B. If the distant owner calls phone B and digit the number to call phone B will put phone A in action and dial through it the number. viceversa if somebody calls phone A phone A will automatically divert the call through phone B to the distant owner. To the externql person calling it appears as all calls generate from and arrive to phone A. NOTE Even the network operator (as Telecom, lycatel etc...) doesnt notice it as you don't use the network operator's diversion of call : you do it through another phone. see pic: [login to view URL]
