I have a project that needs to get developed in Android from Froyo to Jelly Bean. I have full specs for the project. An iPhone version is also ready, so you can take that as a reference too. I have all the graphic design, and API rest in json. The app makes use of GPS position, offline maps, caching of data (photos, audios), and In-App purchases. Delivery should be 1-month max. Budget is as small project, and should get started inmmediately. Being a programmer myself, I estimate a workload of 160-200 hours. I will provide detailed specs to Interested bidders.
