We have delivered similar project earlier. Our client asks their employees to switch off their mobile when not working to avoid being tracked. Our software also keeps track of when the mobile was on and when it was off, thereby helping the employer to keep track of working time of employees. One side effect of this was that the employer saves about 14% in mobile expenses since now the employees use their own mobiles for making personal calls during non-business hours.
