We have a fully functional chat app. We'd like to add the following features: 1 - find other online users in a certain radius (1KM, 5KM, 10, 50) 2 - create events: users search a location (search already exists in app) and find all the events in the area. They can "join". Events can be made public, private (with invite only), or secret (that only invited people can see it).
