Data Display App for iOS + Android

NO MILESTONE FUNDING & NO UPFRONT. Don't Apply if you need either. I will not reply. I would like an iOS and an android app created for me. Both have to be native (not phonegap type) but both have to look and feel the same. You also need to provide the design. They need to work on all devices (phones and tablets). I need these 2 apps created in 14 days, for which I need a guarantee. You will need 3-5 developers on each app if you plan to complete by the deadline. The app will have about 15-20 pages (with settings) and it will pull data from a MySQL database using webservices to display on most of those pages. I will provide the webservices but you will need to create the design according to my specifications. You will need 1-2 really good designers because I need things EXACT. A bit off will not do. The designers will also need to create a moving meter (like a car speedometer) to indicate a time value. Of course, this will require code behind it.
