Database app - My Garden - updated

To create an app and that connects to a database with a list of plants and trees. We have had an app made which is available in the play store called 'My garden'. This is a database of plants and allows users to add the selected plant to the users 'Garden' add calendar events, upload photos and more. [login to view URL] 1, Firstly you will need to recreate the app as we do not have the files. We do have the apk, the images for backgrounds and buttons and the database in excel . see [login to view URL] 2, We are having issues with older phones not being able to use the app correctly and are receiving crash reports so this will need fixing. We would like to add the following functions to the existing app:- 1, Users can add to the database descriptions or tips on growing the plants they find. This will require some form of reviewing by us or the ‘community’ before showing to the wider audience. 2, Users can add new plants to the app and the ‘community’ of users will be able to edit and create information with super users that are allowed to review and accept data before going live. 3, Super users earn the title by adding content to the database which is correct and of good quality which earns points to get them to the super user level. 4, We would also like to be able to geo tag each plant so that we start to build a map of each plants coverage globally (this geo tag could be sent to our website and displayed their rather than the app itself - i have server space and sites to use if needed) you will need to work this function out. 5, The app must have adverts and have the ability to create an income from users such as only a small selection of the database available without paying for full access. 6, To ensure you have read this fully please respond to me with ‘my garden’ in the message.
