Need 2-way app for iPhone and Android allowing User 1 (Host) to set and collect fees from User 2 (Guest) for session based teleconferencing. Host to set-up account with unique screen name and establishing fees (minute based) for Guest to be able to video-chat with Host. Host and Guest to have account creation abilities (Host to be able to set fees, collect payments (minus Admin fees) and ability to allow or block users and toggle between 2-way and 1-way video conference). Host to have ability to go 'online' and 'offline' allowing Guests searching Hosts username and identifying whether or not the Host is available to videoconference. Guest to have ability to enter payment information and create account, search for unique Hosts that are online and request videoconferencing. Guest to have ability to turn on and off 2-way video so Host may or may-not see the image of the Guest. Guest to have ability to add funds to account, to add 'payment for additional minutes' to account and send additional dollars to host with the click of a button. Guest and Host to have ability to uploads user profile pics. Guest and host to agree to terms of service. Full payment integration required. Some design service needed for icons and aesthetics of App.
