Basic iOS Game Development - iPhone

We are looking for an experience iOS developer or group to work with on an iPhone/iPad game developer. We have the design files in Illustrator ready to go. We also have music loops and sound effects prepped. The developer will be responsible for integrated provided sound effects and music loops as well as animated screens, icons and other transitions based on our direction. Only experienced vendors will be considered. You must be able to show publicly available examples of your work that are currently in the iTunes store. If you cannot prove experience through examples, please do not bid. This project includes extensive documentation typically found in an agency environment, including flow process charts and other information architecture diagrams. The game itself is a simple pick up and play game. The player chooses one of a series of icons that look the same. Each has a hidden value, which can either be a point value or some other reward or it can have a "end turn" value. The hidden values change from level to level making it more difficult to progress in the game. A full game synopsis will be provided to bidders so that they can clarify their bids based on the actual game requirements. Local High Score and Global High Score are required and we would prefer to include achievements via Apple's Game Center. IMPORTANT: Please start your bid reply with "Howdy!" so we know you have read the entire project description. Bids that do not start with "Howdy!" will be automatically ignored. We would also like a separate price for porting this app to an HD format for iPad and also to Android. Since the source files are completely done in Illustrator as vector artwork, it should be fairly easy to port this project. Post to PMB after placing your bid to ask any questions and receive more detailed project requirements. Payment: 50% of the winning bid will be placed in escrow at time of accepted offer. This 50% will be released when the app is FULLY FUNCTIONING for testing purposes on one of OUR DEVICES. Once this phase is complete, the final 50% will be placed in escrow. The final 50% will be released after all bugs are worked out during the testing phase and the app is ready to be submitted to the iTunes store. We will not pay any upfront money or send any money outside of this site (freelancer.com). Your bid will stay the same as what is agreed upon here and will not increase. Our requirements will not change either. The escrow procedure will not change. We will not escrow any more than what is clearly stated in this Payment disclaimer. If the chosen freelancer does not complete the project in the agreed upon time period, the project will be canceled and no money will be paid. These are the terms, accept them or please do not bid.
