I need an independent expert in bio metrics. Specifically in the area of iris/retina recognition. My need it to build a website with a database to be populated with data provided from a scan. Apart from the website design I also need a cross platform application to verify the scan and send data to the database. Other details will be provided to potential applicants. The ideal applicant would be on the cutting edge of bio metric technology with an enthusiastic outlook towards the technology. I am a start up with a very limited budget at this point in time so it may not be the job for a company. A person with vision would be even better.
