Price and time depends on how you want to architect your app. Before moving forward, lets consider you app has following features: a) Splash Screen b) Home screen c) Browse Food Category d) Food item details page e) Add to basket f) Send basket via email of Web API g) Few other static pages Now, there can be two ways to implement this: 1) Offiline App We put all pizza and other food information in the App's DB and user can browse through it. The issue with this approach is you will not be able to add or modify information regarding the foods. The only way would be to release new version of the app. 2) Online App We will create a Web Based or App based CMS where you can manage the food items and details. This will be sent to the app through Web Services (API). So here, we will have to program three things: CMS, API and the App. This will be time taking.
