Create a mobile document tracking system

We are looking for a developer to create a mobile sales and documentation tracking system. Our projects consist of hundreds of in person transactions. Each transaction requires customers to fill out hard copy forms that record several pieces of data (contact information, product information, receipts, signatures, etc). Currently, when a transaction is completed all of this data is manually entered into an excel tracking sheet. We would like to create a mobile form that enters all of this information at the point of sale into a shared database (preferably Access and Excel compatible). This form should have required fields so that all entries are complete. We want our tracking database to update in real time and allow us to receive inventory updates as transactions occur. We would also like to take phone scans of the hard copy documentation and to associate these scans with each entry in the database. Our employees use Android and iPhones so the system must be compatible with both, Android and iOS. It is important that any mobile solution provide secure backup of our data and cloud accessibility for each of our employees (we currently use Dropbox for document sharing). Some tools, such as Formhub, are able to perform many of these functions but are not fully iOS compatible. We may not need to reinvent the wheel if modifying or building on these platforms is possible and most cost effective. Any new tools created will be the intellectual property of Wabashco, LLC.
