Modify existing python code to run on Android and also modify Windows code. The current software converts ASCII to high frequency sound waves, which are then captured by the microphone on the mobile or windows system, and converted back to ASCII. The goal is to communicate between Android and Windows without any network, only using high frequency sound waves above 19khz. Code will be provided in Python for Windows or Linux to make this work, the goal is to make a version for Android such that TWO Android phones, or Android --> Windows could work.

Hi, with a little effort your code can be ported to kivy (python for many platforms). this also makes future use of the application for Windows, Linux, macosx and IOS possible. I'm a newcomer in freelancer.com so I made the price very low. The only disadvantage of using kivy for this project is that its overhead is about 6MBs for the apk.
