I'm looking to build a super simple iOS application that can broadcast realtime (<1s of latency) 720p video to viewers on my website. Specifications: 1. Video/audio must be broadcasted from an iOS device. 2. Video/audio must be watchable from a desktop and mobile device. 3. Video needs to be record able. 4. The solution should be scalable and should be able to handle thousands of viewers. 5. UX design is not a priority. In your bid, please outline how you intend to build something like this i.e. what technology/platform you will use.
