Hello, One of the Preferred Freelancer in iOS skills and Apple Technology specialist here. I have also worked on 2 different projects with similar usage case, both of them needed a iPhone/iPad app for livestreaming Video/Audio to their online platform. The other was to allow a user to livestream from his iPhone to his Youtube account (Youtube Live service). I have demo references to both of them available to show you. I will use RTMP protocol to livestream from your iPhone to iPhone or iPad. Furthermore, I will also provide you a central RTMP server so you can even connect to it and watch the stream/playback on other media devices like PC, gaming consoles, Smart TV, etc. iPhone can stream upto 1080p of HD video so its always good to be able to watch it back on Big Screen. The app will have option to record video and playback, whatever content you stream from its camera (aka archives). I need more details on how you want the Night Light settings and Lullabies to work. Do you want a button to show list of lullabies and then stream it to the other device once you choose a lullaby ? My estimate to finish the project is actually 30-45 days but I have considered extra 15 days for any small changes and testing you might require.
