Hi, I’m an Australian outsourcer. I really struggled when I first started building and developing apps. Most first time or experienced outsources struggle to find the right design and development teams that are going to give the highest quality product, at the lowest possible price, while effectively knowing what the client wants. My first 3 products didn’t get completed and I lost over 1.5k in money and don't want you to do the same. A lot of outsources will give you a low quote and then when they see the project and gotten you excited they will charge you over cost. I wont be doing that, I will look at your idea and give you quotes from my team for their cost plus 10%. And as I get my work done at the cheapest price as I use them daily. The description is confusing, it looks like you are asking for an android app but the skill requirement is asking for iphone. Could you clarify what device you are requesting. I can build applications in AngularJs /phonegap which would make the application possible to port to both android and ios. Html5 apps are very fast now -easily a rival to native apps. I need to now more info about the project to give a better proposal. I currently have an Angularjs app in alpha on google play -not publicly visible only to the test group.
