Create a Mobile Website

General - App should be a game for Anroid and iOS. It would be nice if we could develop it as hybrid app, to save costs. Kindly let me know whether it would be possible to make a hybrid app and store it in both app stores or it is necessary to make 2 separate apps. The game: Remember the game Angry Birds.. There should be a level where there is something like a catapult/slingshot on the left and 3 images/logos/targets much more right. The goal is to shoot with the catapult on the targets. The player can shoot as long as he hits one of the targets. Players get points when they hit a target. The game is over when the player missed a target. Then there is a information about the received points and a high score table.
