The applicant needs to be able to design a good and intuitive Android application. The app needs: - Being able to recognize text and numbers from video picture, and update when text and numbers change. - Be able to connect the different cameras to different locations. - The user of the application needs to be able to easily navigate around the application, and see the cameras closest. - GPS marking in the application, and build in with for example Google Maps. This is so the user can select the wished destination in the application, and get directions to the destination. The project is under development. But I wish to see the prices this project can be done for. Wish only experienced developers with good rating.
