Unity3D heart rate button and monitor

I need a unity script/plugin created in which the player touches a button on the screen and leaves it there and then their heart rate is reflected on the game (gui). Whenever the player increases their heart rate so to does the games heart rate increase, if the player gets to a certain number then an action will appear (game over), though they will gain points for simply having a low heart rate. It does not have to be complex and 100% accurate, but at the very least attempt to work.
The script must work for iOS and Android.
The project must be completed in 3-7 days. We will re-hire the selected freelancer to continue working with us in other more complex projects in the following weeks.
